2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services, The Outside Scoop will auto-schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process.
3. Setup Customer Portal
After signing up for services, The Outside Scoop will contact you to explain the entire process step by step.
4. Sign up for Services
All billing is processed on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is established, The Outside Scoop will generate your invoice and email you a receipt, which can also be accessed in your customer portal. Please note, if payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, your service will be paused, and you will be removed from the schedule.
